Privacy policy
Janover Capital LLC ("we") runs doorsfunded.com (Doors Funded). This page explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you contact us or send a deal, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone if you add it, and your message, plus the deal details you choose to give (the property's state, type, price or value, rent, budget, the loan you want, an approximate credit range, experience, citizenship and entity status). We also receive the page you sent it from and how you reached the site (the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed). We do not ask for Social Security, bank account or government ID numbers on this site.
When you use a calculator, the numbers stay in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you follow the link to send the deal, which carries them into the form for you to review.
When you browse, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
To reply to you and help with what you asked for, to understand which pages are useful, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.
When you send a deal, we share it and your contact details with the lender that would make the loan, so it can review the deal and respond. We are paid when a loan closes. We do not sell your information to lead buyers or other third parties.
Calls and texts
We call or text you about your request only if you tick the box that allows it, and that consent is never a condition of a loan. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will stop. Email follow-ups about your request include a way to opt out of anything beyond that request.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing desk@janover.co. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
